    The older Somali manager provides terrible, horrible, and appalling customer service. It is sad and lamentable to see how low standards have fallen across nearly all fast-food chains in Canada; specifically regarding this person who appears to be in charge, the place is in worse condition than a street in India—it smells awful, customer service is terrible, there are flies everywhere, and there is trash all over the place. I even spotted a couple of mice while waiting for my Angus burger; the whole experience was a disaster. I used to be a "regular" customer. A major issue was that at no point did they ask me what ingredients I wanted on my burger—I could have sued them over that, as I am allergic to onions and olives. It took over 10 minutes to prepare something so simple, even though the place was empty. Furthermore, I saw a cook—apparently of Indian origin—get uncomfortably close to my burger for several seconds; she likely spat on it, so I ended up throwing it away.

    I ate here earlier this year and ended up getting sick afterward. At the time, I thought maybe it was just me or something unrelated, so I decided to give this place another chance. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. I had a burger and onion rings here today, and shortly afterward I became extremely sick again. Having the same experience twice after eating here is enough for me. Whether it’s an issue with food handling, preparation, or something else, this is extremely concerning. I definitely will not be eating here again. Twice is more than enough for me.

    Perfect for guests to grab a bite to eat ! especially if you are staying in the hotel across the street. You can ask for onion rings instead of fries for your combo. Remember to give them your Scene card to collect points (or redeem points). 🍔🍟
