While ordering through the drive thru, the employee taking our order was rushing us the entire time. She kept repeatedly asking for our order in an impatient tone and was literally yelling at moments, even though the place was not busy at all. I’ve ordered from many other Harvey’s locations before and never experienced customer service like this. It genuinely felt like we were asking for free food instead of placing a normal order. When we got home and started eating, things got even worse. The beef burger was cold and tasted old, like it had been reheated and not even properly warmed. The chicken burger patties were honestly horrible extremely chewy and difficult to eat to the point where my gums were tired from chewing. It definitely did not taste fresh. The veggie burger, onion rings, and fries were okay, but the portions overall were noticeably smaller than what we usually receive from other Harvey’s locations honestly felt like almost 40% less. I understand this is fast food and I’m not expecting gourmet quality, but customers still deserve basic respect, decent service, and fresh food. This experience was genuinely disappointing compared to the standard I usually associate with Harvey’s.
