Really disappointed in the Angus burger (so cold, the cheese didn’t even start to melt) and the cold and stale onion rings. Watched the girl behind the counter give two separate customers attitude about their simple and reasonable requests. Visiting Toronto for the first time; I know you guys can do better than this.

The older lady working at the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. When handing us our order, she handled the tray so carelessly that she almost dropped it on us, which could have caused an accident. In addition, she was shouting at customers throughout our visit. We witnessed her raising her voice at multiple people, creating a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. There was no reason for customers to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. I understand that restaurant staff can be busy and under pressure, but this does not justify rude behavior or unsafe handling of customers’ orders. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expect from Harvey’s. I hope you will look into this matter and take the appropriate steps to ensure other customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Thank you for your attention.
