  This Dairy Queen location does not properly support the brand’s rewards system, which is extremely inconvenient for customers. They claim they don’t have a QR scanner, and when you try to provide the code manually, they refuse to accept that as well. On top of that, this location does not offer online ordering or pickup, so there is no alternative way to redeem points. For customers who actively use Dairy Queen App rewards, this makes the entire system unusable at this store. It defeats the purpose of having a loyalty program in the first place. At minimum, this location should clearly display a notice that they are not participating in the rewards program, so customers don’t waste their time expecting to earn or redeem points.

  Hi, I had a very disappointing experience. I had to repeat my order 4 times because no one was listening properly, and even after that, my order was served very late. This is not acceptable. Please improve your customer service and response time.

  Great customer service and ice cream, even when theres large line ups. Got the strawberry cheesecake blizzard and a hot fudge sundae.

  God help this location learn to layer chocolate and ice cream. Edit: who clumps a lump of chocolate and peanuts at the bottom?

  Exceptionally bad experience! I was not allowed to redeem my reward, because the young woman at the cash register did not like how my phone displayed the app. Truly ridiculous. I could pay full price, but instead, I drove 15 minutes to a different Dairy Queen because they don’t deserve my business! In this economy, is it really a good idea to be losing customers like this?
