  Idk what the other reviews are saying. I've been to this location multiple times now and no complaints. Just as good as any other chipotle I've been to. Plenty of people coming through so food doesn't seem stale or whatever

  I’ve attended this location several times now to give it an honest chance. If you enjoy a rice bowl then it’s the place to go. Staff puts a generous amount of rice in the bowl but really cut the protein (meat ) short. Much smaller portions than other Chipotle locations. Staff are friendly and the location is clean . However with the small portions and $14 per bowl, I won’t be returning and I’ll stay with other locations. I wouldn’t recommend

  If you like rice and beans and not protein, it’s the place the place to be. They have no issue being generous with rice but when it comes to protein they shake most of it off the scooper. When she returned the scooper it still had chicken it!! They ran out of lettuce and the worker went to grab from the back and then return with it and never changed his gloves and gave me a mitt full of lettuce with the nasty glove.

  I visited this location around 8:30 p.m. today. A young woman with glasses at the front prepared my burrito. When I asked her to add a little more chicken, she coldly told me she could not add more chicken. She did seem a bit biased as well as there was a gentleman in front of me who asked her to add more rice and she happily did it. I found her customer service very poor. She could have explained that adding more chicken would be an extra charge, or whatever the case may be and I would have happily paid for it. I am very unhappy with my burrito and the service I received and it’s disappointing especially after having a long day and just wanting to order some food and go home.

  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I clearly gave name when picking up the order, but I was handed the wrong order. When I pointed it out, instead of simply correcting the mistake, the staff became aggressive and made it seem like it was my fault. The employee, Harleen, told me that they “couldn’t properly hear” name. If the staff couldn’t hear the name clearly, they should have asked me to repeat it or confirmed the order before handing it over. Giving a completely different order to a customer and then becoming argumentative when the mistake is pointed out is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management addresses the way customers are treated in situations like this🤯
