  Had to wait for any kind of service the line up was to the door with 2 people working ..they were so miserable 😫 I came here because it's the only location closed to me.

  I’ve had to bowl many times but today when I got my food at 4:15 PM, it seems that the food certain items were abused. Service was quick, but my server was super busy to run off to go home and get it when you work long hours at the end of the day you wanna just go home but that should not. He was more rush, preparing my ball that made it really bad. I gave him clear instruction, but he was not able to follow because he was distracted. The place was not under staff. There were seven people working still the place was in a mess. I understand it’s so busy open counters food all over cleaning station was messy. No one working on it on it under the fryer. There is chips all over corn under the table random gloves, plastic bag on the floor. I strongly feel this place needs to be examined or closed corporate visit surprisingly and you will see if you feel I’m lying. Check your cameras for today’s day. Aug. 07, 2026 at 3:0045-4:00 pm Etobicoke Rexdale location while I’m writing this review the food smells and it’s not even five minutes after I got my food all I got was Sofrito bowl. Guacamole on side, cilantro, lime sauce on side. In my bowl, I had corn, mild salsa, hot salsa cheese. No meat and once again, this is not my first time eating chipotle if I offered this to someone who was trying for first time, I can bite you they will puke. I’m sorry for writing this review but I was super hungry and I was in rush, but this is not acceptable.

  My first time trying Chipotle and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were patient and helpful with all my questions. I found the portion size to be enough and in line with prices and portions compare to other food establishments. Look forward to my next visit.

  I had a terrible experience. I had to ask for more rice and beans, but my bowl ended up half empty. The woman working there was also rude, giving me a few seconds’ worth of stares when I asked for more.

  I was so excited when I heard this new location open.On July 31 around 4pm store was very dirty counter needed to be cleaned the store wasn't even busy no there was no excuse for the counter to be in that state.
