- TRTatiana RFJun 8, 20265.0It was a hot day and I just wanted something cold to drink. End up ordering their original lemonade and loaded fries for a quick lunch. Everything was just sooo fresh and tasty. I really wasn't expecting such a good meal. Gravy was delicious, fries made at the time of the order. The lady was so welcoming. Got back for another lemonade before heading home, but this time the strawberry version, algo very good šš¼ Just give it a try š

As she was cooking the sandwich I asked for the buffalo sauce to go on, as the picture clearly shows. She told me āNO! That is not what you ordered.ā But I ordered exactly what was on the menuā¦ There was literally no difference so I asked her to simply add the sauce to the chicken and she said it would cost more..? That makes no sense at all. And as she wouldnāt budge- I simply asked her to cancel my order and refund me. Extremely poor customer service. In a mall that is dying for business as it is always emptyā¦ I canāt imagine the logic behind preferring a dissatisfied customer and loss of money. Lazy employees I guessā¦

She takes the orders (online and in person) and does the cooking herself. She has multi tasking down to a tee. Unbelievably, she always remember no mushrooms, no mayo for my sonās order. Thank you, itās such a treat when we come there for sandwiches.
