- KTKatapa Tv2 days ago1.0Ordered online. Nuggets, sundae and a smoothie. They didn’t pack the two dips, no spoon for sundae, and no straw for the smoothie and God forbid they pack any napkins. Just quit your job whoever packed the order.
- PDPankaj DharniMay 11, 20261.0I went through the drive-thru at around 11:53 PM and ended up waiting over 10 minutes just to place/receive my order. I asked the employee what was taking so long since the purpose of a drive-thru is quick service. Instead of giving a proper timeline, she responded that there were “big orders” and then said she could no longer serve me. When I asked for her name and employee ID, she refused to provide either. I waited and then asked again at the window, but she again refused service and simply closed the window on me. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service. Customers should be treated respectfully, even during busy hours. Based on this experience, I do not plan on returning.

Will never go back to this place.im very dissapointed if the owner of this place will read this then do something otherwise u will loose alot of customers and I'm one of them .I got the food March 29 2026
- AAAddiApr 21, 20261.0Management is a hot mess! Order arrived in 10 mins and was stone cold, Whopper, onion rings and mozzarella fries were as cold as my drink. . Whopper burger had onions and tomatoes that were sliced in large uneven chunks. Mozzarella fried were cold and stiff. Managers can barely provide the bare minimum. They should close and replaced with a worth business.
