  Worst Burger King experience ever. I simply asked for no tomatoes on my Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The employee barely understood English, asked me the same thing three times, disappeared saying “wait, I’ll come back,” and still messed up the order. Ended up getting a dry burger with no mayo or sauce — just bun, chicken patty, onion, and lettuce. If you can’t handle a basic order, don’t work the front counter.

  Had a couple of minutes between jobs , stoped to grab a bite , did a self order been waiting for 30 min for my order they been telling me 1 sec while the burger is staying cold on the counter . Very slow service , and after the 30 min they gave me wrong food , tool redound and left

  Hi, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with onion rings and a medium Coke from Burger King today. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. The onion rings portion was very small and they were dry and stale. The chicken patty in the sandwich was also extremely dry and not fresh. I usually enjoy Burger King, but this experience was not good at all. I hope you can look into this and improve the food quality. Thank you.

  I don’t know why I came back here knowing I’d be disappointed. This has to be the worse BK location in Etobicoke, if not the entire province. I recently had their fries at another location and I thought they were delicious. It’s supposed to be their new and improved crispier fry. So I was craving it and I decided to pass by, what a mistake. I ended up ordering a chicken junior, and a medium fry. The fries were absolutely disgusting. They were dry, cold, over salted, and just taste like they’ve been sitting around when I bit into it. The disappointment was real, like I can’t believe they sold me stale fries. The chicken junior was extremely sloppy lettuce also had brown spot and tasted a bit old as well. Like I don’t know who is managing this place but it’s OK to put new fries in the fryer if your previous batch is sitting around old and lukewarm. I really wasn’t in the mood to eat dry stale fries that tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a while.

  Excellent Whopper! Fresh, crispy lettuce, and snappy onions, nice tomato (not mushy!) fair amount of pickles. Loving the new bun. Meat texture and taste was the best take out burger I've had in a long time. I don't like mayo or ketchup, and the burger did not get any....which is just the way I like it....so, the order was done right! The store was busy, but the counter staff remained polite and pleasant. Orders seemed to be going out with minimal wait times. (mine was 6mins from the time I ordered and was inline for an additional 4) I didn't use the kiosk to order and the wait staff did not seem to mind me ordering from the counter. There was a line up at the drive through the entire time I was in the store, but it too, kept moving right along. I know this 'new concept Whopper burger' has been out for a while, and I have to say, it's a huge step in the right direction. Staff treated the burger and the customers with respect! Will return!
