- JCJessica Chiong4 days ago3.0Although we have had outstanding service here with the manager in the past, I unfortunately experienced poor customer service today when picking up our mobile order. An employee was on their phone, not looking up and acknowledging any customers. She had a line of about 5 people waiting to be served. This went on for a couple minutes before I realized she was not going to budge. I had to be the one to initiate in getting her attention so she could hand me my order. It is unfortunate as we have also had good experiences in the past. Hopefully a stronger “no phones on the floor”policy can be implemented going forward.

While the packaging looked appealing, the food quality was very disappointing. My burger was cold and did not taste fresh. The chicken fries seemed freezer-burnt, and the cheese tots were overly processed, lacking both warmth and flavor. The chicken nuggets were also very poor in quality my younger sister described them as tasting like cardboard, and I agree after trying them myself. For the price paid, this experience did not meet expectations.
