I'm not usually one to complain, and I never have issues at this location. The staff that were working I've never seen. I always come in and get the chicken share with half popcorn half tenders, they gave it to me in a small box and there was barely any popcorn chicken. So why was I charged the same amount as if it was to come in a small bucket? She punched it in to the system so it's still in there, but I did not receive the same amount of food but paid the same price. The employees working lack customer service. And their response to my complaint was it's not a promotion anymore when I said where's all the popcorn chicken? They left it at that and made absolutely no attempt to satisfy the customer. Paying $20 for a small box with four tenders and a few pieces of popcorn chicken is unacceptable. Maybe some training is required!
