Always a disappointment here:
I have been a longtime customer of this location, off and on, and as of late, I think something needs to be said about how poor the customer experience has become at this location.
Service is sub-par at best, constantly. You either have to wait in line for 20+ minutes to get your order, because they have left a new employee by themselves, or a single employee who shows very little care in making your food.
I love subs, and when the person making your sub could care less to make sure you have a fresh bun, and take the time to make your sub with care, it really speaks volumes to how much this franchise owner cares about the customer experience.
This evening was my last straw, I’m done with this location.
The employee was by themselves, in the back, texting, not tending to the front, and when making my sub, they gave me a stale bun, and physically threw my cold cuts down into the sub slapping them down, slapped the extra meat down into the tray again, not carefully, like they actually cared about presentation or how it looks when you slap people’s food down, not even taking the time to spread them neatly over the entire bun, so 1/3 of the sub had almost no meat or toppings. I had to ask to actually put the meat and toppings across the whole sub,
So I ask the owners, when you cook at home, do you slap your ingredients down onto your plate, sloppy, and make sure that your family knows you could care less how you make or present their meal? That’s how it feels when you purchase a sub here. Like they can’t be bothered to make a good quality product for their customers. I think it’s probably the worst place to go to get subway.
On top of that, it’s a little thing, but an important thing. Stop taking up the customer parking in front of your storefront and make your customers park 5 spots away, park back and allow these spaces for your customers.
I really feel subway corporate needs to step in here.
