  We order from drive thru, and after getting the payment we were sitting in the car for 25 minutes before someone showed up to the window. There was no acknowledgement of the delay after I mentioned the wait time.

  I’d like to give 5 stars, especially for the service. Our server Angie T was fast, professional, friendly and incredibly attentive — she went way above and beyond. We arrived with zero expectations and left absolutely delighted with the excellent food, outstanding service and great prices. We’ll definitely be back. It’s clear she loves what she does. Thank you

  I was looking forward to eating here based on the high ratings. It was disappointing. Our server was wonderful, top tier service! But the food is where it all went downhill. The loaded baked potato was undercooked and the presentation did not make it appetizing. Picture a few hapazard lines of sour cream on a split potato, nothing else. The ribs did not even look like ribs. Flat, similar to lamb. I did not eat it! Portions are on the smaller side. Small portion of fries. I should have taken pics. My party did not eat most of their meal. Neither did I. Disappointed

  We arrived for a late lunch on the Saturday before Morher’s Day. The restaurant was very busy, and it took quite a while before we were seated. There were only 2 servers working. I was sure our visit was not going to be as good as our many previous visits to Swiss Chalet, given the “slow” start. But then came a ray of sunshine. Sunshine, our server! Despite being short staffed, she was positive, friendly, and prompt to take our order. We have rarely had as good a service, at any establishment, as we received from Sunshine. Well done! She was excellent!! Thank you Sunshine.

  We were three adults, two kids and one toddler. Im not impressed with the quality of the food both for adults and for children. The chicken is probably the most reliable item and I can’t complain on that. Steamed vegetables are clearly from frozen and bland. Portions are not generous. Chicken wings were a disappointment as they came undressed with one dipping sauce on the side, and we were not even asked what type of sauce we would have liked. My kids don’t often give negative feedback but they said the Mac was too cheesy and their speciality drinks too sweet. The dinner service on a Friday evening was awfully long. No complaints with our server per se, she was lovely, but we kept looking out for her and it took forever to get things starting with a booster seat for a toddler who wouldn’t sit still. We did not enjoy our experience and will likely never return.
