    Best chicken in the world, masters of the rotisserie, if you will. Our experience was sublime and we will definitely be coming back. Our server Neka was great

    We were at your location Saturday, October 10th at 7.55 pm. We waited approx 10 min at the front before a “server” not a hostess came to seat us. We placed our order after 15 minutes with no water or drinks.The appetizer was the spinach dip, The pita was so overcooked and hard, the cheese dip was gummy and absolutely no taste. One dish was brought out 15 minutes bestow my dish, both of us had our fries on our plates that I would have thrown in the garbage, they were hard and so Overcooked from bring in the fryer too many times, my chicken wings were barely edible, my guest had the stir fry which was ok. The chalet sauce was pasty like gravy lacking any flavour, Our server had 1/2 of the restaurant, 2 only on duty and they manned the front desk also. Now our server was awesome otherwise we would have walked out. I have never been so Disappointed in a restaurant before, I definitely will Never return to this location.

    My grandmother asked me to write a review since she does not use Google. The food was good quality, fast turnaround and the service Sandra S provided was excellent. More servers should be like her.

    Swiss chalet this location has been around for decades from as far back as I remember. It always remains consistent never ever had any issues with a service or the freshness of the chicken served . Just decades of perfection so enjoyable and ample free parking.

    0 stars if I could. Extremely disappointing. We dined here tonight as a group and experienced the worst restaurant service we have ever received, especially from a Swiss Chalet location we have normally enjoyed. We arrived at approximately 6:40 p.m. and were seated within a few minutes. We then waited about 40 minutes without having our order taken. Eventually, we had to wave down the host and ask for someone to come to our table. Our food arrived roughly 30 minutes later, but it was missing components, including buns, and both the fries and chicken were extremely dry. We asked our server for a drink refill and the missing bun, only to wait another 20–30 minutes without seeing her again. We never received either item. Throughout the meal, our table was repeatedly forgotten while our server continued attending to other tables. We eventually had to flag her down again simply to ask for takeout containers and our dessert. That took another half hour. At nearly every point where we needed assistance, we had to actively track someone down rather than being checked on. We were given several explanations for the delays, but unfortunately the situation never improved. We also had an extremely difficult time finding anyone else who could assist us. We attempted to locate a manager but were unable to speak with one. It was very clear that the restaurant was struggling, as we saw multiple other guests waiting and visibly frustrated as well. I have never asked to speak with a manager at a restaurant before, but this was absolutely a situation where I would have. Unfortunately, given the guests we had with us and the difficulty we had getting anyone's attention in the first place, we were not in a position to continue trying to resolve the situation in the restaurant. What makes this especially disappointing is that we have normally had good experiences at this location. Tonight was completely different: extremely poor service, long periods of being forgotten, missing food items, and food that was not up to the standard we have come to expect. At minimum, I would have expected the restaurant to acknowledge the experience and offer an appropriate resolution. Given the extent of the service failures and the poor quality of the meal, I would have expected this to be fully comped.
