  Okay pizza joint. Okay prices with good service. Store was kept clean. Pizza was fine but they skimped on the toppings.

  I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s location many times, but this was the last straw. I showed up to pick up my order, and it wasn’t made correctly. When I asked if it was correct, the staff looked at it and confidently said it was. I pointed out that it didn’t look right, and only then did they admit there was a problem and say, “No problem, we can remake it.” To make matters worse, they then offered me the incorrectly made pizza as “compensation.” I didn’t want more pizza—I wanted my order made correctly the first time and some acknowledgment that the experience wasn’t acceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve had this same issue before. I reached out to complain previously and never received a response, so it’s clear customer feedback isn’t being taken seriously. The food itself is good, but the service and quality are consistently poor. If you have another Papa John’s location nearby, I’d recommend ordering from there instead.

  If you have emergency, they will not allow you to use their washroom . I hope owner face the same situation soon. Ordered pizza, paid, then was told customers can't use the washroom. Really disappointing. No customer washroom = no repeat business

  Worst experience at O’Connor location Ordered Philly steak and it was not cooked Called the store and was told that they cannot do anything now and have to call tomorrow as manager is not there Cannot believe this attitude. Example of untrained customer service. Agent and someone who does not know how to make pizza Really bad for franchise reputation *** Addition to the earlier post *** I am now been asked to upload the pictures. Really, it means I have to prove it that the meat was uncooked or not. How on earth one can see the pictures and determine if meat was cooked or not. This is delay tactics. I wanted pizza for last night dinner and not after 14 days when someone will review and make a judgement call. I have seen other comments or complaints where there were hair in the pizza and they were told that there was no one working that day that had long hair. Just shows that the CUSTOMER ARE ALWAYS WRONG.
