I have never had such bad customer service. The lady working told me its her last day and she doesnt care. Iam so disappointed and upset. Mcdonalds hires everyone and anyone. Dont forget the pillars of mcdonalds is built on cuatomer service.

Went by for a late night meal. Unfortunately it was horrible. They forgot the apple pies then the straws. When I spoke to the manager. She said it’s my last day. I own a restaurant and when someone spends 28 dollars they expect good service. And even if it’s ur last day u have ur whole life ahead of u. Don’t ruin the image of the establishment.
Service is not bad, I ordered inside. Quickly they remove your order number from screen but your order is not ready at least wait another 4 minutes while your order been removed from screen. This is a trick that McDonald's need to watch it. How comes orders are not ready but they removed from screen tv? Place is full of homeless, you can not use half of sits, they lay down,fight and swear eachother. Trying not to go here as much as possible

I will never again use this location. Went for lunch today. Washrooms were filthy; there was a homeless person sleeping inside on a bench with barefeet and his belongings piled beside him; there was an empty alcohol beverage can on the floor by our table; the outside patio was dirty as well. An employee not yet on shift entered and left the food prep area from the front counter multiple times in street clothes with a backpack and other belongings instead of using the staff entry. The staff are not efficient and the burgers were a little sloppy.
People should boycott this location to force improvements. Not sure it will do any good but I plan on reporting this through their Business Integrity Line. It is just a disgrace what I witnessed there today.
Placed an order for curbside pickup, waited over 15 minutes, saw the drive thru empty out and waited for a few minutes after the fact, still waited. Finally went through the drive thru, the first girl was kind looked into it and said yes your food is ready, drive ahead. Then we get to the 2nd window only to be told off by the drive thru manager for not waiting and that they were very busy, so what exactly is the point or curbside pickup if my order that was placed before at least 6 cars in the drive thru wasn't prioritized? Unbelievably rude woman, it's shocking that someone like that is employed at a McDonalds. This was April 19th, order placed at 10:22am, we didn't get it until 10:40am.
