  Very disappointing experience and even worse customer service. I placed my order during a promotion, but the promotional code did not work and I ended up having to pay for the order. On top of that, some of the toppings I had selected for my sandwich were not available. I contacted Five Guys afterward and explained what happened, expecting at least an acknowledgment or an apology. Unfortunately, I received no response, no apology, and no follow-up at all. I understand that mistakes can happen, but completely ignoring a customer’s concern is unacceptable. The food itself was good, but the lack of customer care was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from Five Guys.

  Typical 5 Guys. They were very busy but kept the line moving. Tried there best to keep the place clean.

  We enjoy the food. Just don't order online for delivery as Uber does an awful job. We live less than 15 minutes from the store & Uber took an hour to deliver.

  I’m giving this location 1 star purely because 0 stars isn’t an option. We placed a prepaid order through the app at 6:38 p.m. and arrived expecting to pick it up within a reasonable amount of time. The restaurant was extremely busy due to the BOGO promotion, which we completely understood. What is not understandable or acceptable is how our order was handled afterward. Our order showed as “completed” in the app, yet we waited and waited without receiving our food. After more than an hour, I approached two different employees for an update. Both told me our order was “coming up soon,” but neither could provide any actual information about where the order was, how long it would take, or why it had apparently been marked as completed. Nearly 90 minutes later, we finally left without our food. At that point, there was still no indication of when our order would be ready, and no one was able to provide even a reasonable estimate. We had already waited far longer than anyone should reasonably be expected to wait for a fast-food order. What made the situation even more ridiculous was watching customers who placed their orders at the counter after we had ordered, receive their food within approximately 10 minutes. Meanwhile, our prepaid order had apparently disappeared into a black hole. We also witnessed numerous other customers expressing frustration over the same issue. This clearly was not an isolated delay, but rather a serious failure in order management and customer service. I understand that the restaurant was busy. A promotion bringing in a large volume of customers is not an unforeseeable event, and it certainly does not excuse taking customers’ money, failing to fulfill their orders, marking those orders as “completed,” and then providing virtually no information when customers ask where their food is. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of accountability. No employee or manager took ownership of the situation, provided a meaningful explanation, or offered any reasonable solution. We were simply expected to keep waiting indefinitely. We paid for food that we never received, so we will be pursuing a chargeback for the unfulfilled order. After this experience, we will not be returning to this location. If this is how the restaurant handles a busy promotion, customers should seriously consider taking their money elsewhere. Being busy is understandable. Being completely disorganized, providing misleading updates, and leaving customers with neither their food nor any accountability is not.

  Extremely disappointing service — absolutely unacceptable I called Five Guys and placed my order over the phone. The staff member told me to come in 10–20 minutes later, pay for the order, and pick it up. I followed their instructions exactly. When I arrived, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, only to be told that my order had never been entered into their system and that there was nothing they could do. I was then told that if I wanted the food, I would have to place a new order and wait another 30–60 minutes in line. How is this acceptable? I did exactly what your staff told me to do, and I wasted over 40 minutes because the employee failed to properly enter the order. There was no real apology, no solution, and no attempt to make up for the time I wasted. This is not just slow service — this is a complete failure in customer service and order management. Very disappointing experience. Service was essentially zero. I will not be returning to this location.
