  I've had my emotional support dog for three years, and every Sunday we go to McDonald's. This time I came here, and the manager, with a very sour face, told me I couldn't wait for my food inside with my dog. It's the first time this has happened to me, and he wasn't kind at all. We'll never come back here

  May 15/26 I went to get food with my son. I forgot my wallet and didn't want to go home, so I decided to try and see if I could tap pay with my phone. Which I had never done. After being unsuccessful at the kiosk, I went to the counter to ask for assistance. Hannah came right over and helped me do so. She did it with such kindness, without making me feel silly at all. I had expect an eye roll of "ah another old one doesnt know technology", but instead was treated with respect. She had another young lady beside her who was also fun and helpful, and I really appreciated the experience. Keep up the great customer service Hannah!! I would like to mention, which is not related to this experience, is I do NOT agree with the policy of not being able to use points and coupons on the same transaction. I earn the points and should be able to use in combination with deals. I also dislike that they expire!! Also, to the management of Dunnville Mcdonalds, please be sure to share reviews and receipt survey feedback with your staff. Especially the positive ones.

  McDonald's is great for fast food. They always deliver. On the contrary, they may not be the healthiest choice especially when you realize they are extremely affordable and are tempted to eat there often. They have a one of the most appealing menus and environments for children. I highly recommend their 5 $ combos you can choose between a wrap, chicken or burger and it comes with fries and a drink. If you want more because the size of the combo is too small, try two 5$ combos. This choice is exceptionally affordable.

  Service is mediocre .. food comes fast but the fries at this location. Geez. The fries are ALWAYS cold or hard or BOTH .
