Big mistake! ) & both times the (same) female management was so rude & aggressive towards her male employee. She was yelling at him both times in front of the customers.. It was very uncomfortable, awkward & embarrassing and that should NEVER be allowed in front of customers 🤬 I felt horrible for that employee. As for the food, the Fries were cold & soggy, chicken barely had any (batter) & it definitely didn't have the 11spices it's known for and whatever (batter) there was on it was soggy, popcorn chicken tasted stale & over cooked. The only thing I liked was the gravy. Don't waste your money on this store! From all the bad reviews I have no idea how this specific location is still open👎🏼👎🏼
