  Terrible just disgusting!..cold fries...greasy greasy chicken..terrible service!!..do not go here!! So disappointing especially for a tourist town! ,chicken was gross!!!

  My service was GREAT!!!!! However the air-conditioning has been down for 10 days!! NO EMPLOYEE should have to work in 89 f . I can only imagine what the temp was in the kitchen. This is absolutely disgusting. Fix the damn air for your employees!!!!

  I was just at this location and the way the people running this place treat their customers is appalling. Snotty while talking to customers and the dirty looks they give people for no reason is disgusting. They should be more aware of how people around them are noticing there actions Along with this they we're handling all of their electronic devices.Well, wearing the gloves and then proceeded to grab all of our food for preparation.Absolutely nasty.My dog can eat my lunch now

  Honestly the worst KFC there is around, the tall Indian girl that works behind the counter is absolutely disrespectful towards employees and customers, I have been there on 4 different occasions the past month where she is speaking and yelling very rude to the poor guys in the kitchen, and the customer gets the worst end if you mention how she's acting is not proper. Avoid this KFC at all costs, every time we do eventually get our order after long wait times EVERY time the chicken is always soggy, I've watched them reheat fries in the oil instead of dropping new ones once they go cold. They have no care in the world if you get sick or the quality of food they are giving out. Everytime I try to complain to the Indian girl she tells me there's nothing wrong with the order, this has happened many times and she then makes phone calls and is told to fix the issue, every time she denies that the food quality is so poor instead of fixing the problem she blames the customer. I have tried to give this store many chances, and with all the other reviews here, I truly hope they shut the Dunnville KFC down permanently so people can stop getting sick and treated poorly.
