    Every time i order online, something is wrong or missing. Half of my food was missing and I went to the store in an uber to get the rest of my order. The lady threw in a couple brownies. The manager called me the next day and told me I would get a free meal next time I place an order online. I ordered again, and called to remind them of my free meal. The manager was rude and said "You didnt tell me you already received your meal that was missing" I thought the manager was offering me a free meal for the screw up. I didnt think I had to mention that I paid money to take an Uber down there, to get what I PAID FOR. The manager needs training in customer service.

    First time back to this location in a long time. Was passing by and decided to drop in for a snack. My wife and I both had a snack box. Popcorn chicken for me and a slider for my lady. Very impressed with the food and the service. All of the food was hot and fresh and tasted great especially enjoyed the new style dipping sauce. Hope was very helpful and not only made some helpful suggestions but also prepared our food in a very timely manner. The restaurant itself was very clean tidy. Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

    This doesn't necessarily reflect the location but there's always something wrong with a KFC order. I ate as I walked home and the food was stone cold at the door, I could have returned and asked for fresh food but in reality I doubt I'll return to any location. Combined with several instances of double charging by the app (caught by the store), and the app just not working...It was stupid of me to try another online order and expect a warm issue free somewhat fresh meal. The staff are nice enough but the location convenience doesn't outweigh the app service and food quality issues.

    I went in to place an order and waited at the counter for over 10 minutes. During that time, the staff member did not come to the front, acknowledge me, or check in at all. There was one other customer in the store. Their order was handed to them, but I was then left waiting while the staff member returned to the back to prepare another order. I've never been completely ignored for almost 15 mins, especially given there was one other customer in the store. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
