  Had an extremely poor experience here. Placed an order for pick up through uber eats. After arriving to pick up my order there was numerous staff working/standing around who saw i was waiting to pick up an order, they had ignored me despite me trying to get their attention. After waiting for 10-15minutes someone finally came to the front and from the start she had an attitude, asking what i was waiting for and then said the order was not ready (despite it being enter as ready through uber) and started to run off. Later she came back 5-10 minutes later, saying that the order was ready the whole time, the order was right on the counter behind her, she just didn’t want to take the time and check… The person was unprofessional and had very poor customer service.

  The server at the front was extremely rude. I placed an order for pickup and was just standing at the front waiting for someone to ask me what I was here for and when I was asked, I was asked in a rude manner. Uber told me my food was ready to be picked up, and when I asked her when it would be ready she brushed me off saying “idk 5 minutes” all for me to be waiting and her come back saying it was in the heater and was ready all along. I can understand having bad days but being nice costs nothing…

  Had a really nice time with my kids. I have celiac disease so was skeptical about coming, but saw other reviews and decided to chance it. Alisha was our server. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. Our food was super quick and the kids loved it. Food was marked as 4 star because it could improve, but I don't have specific complaints. Will be coming again. Thanks for the great evening Alisha!

  First time back at Eastside in years. Decided to give this location a try. Food-as awesome as it was years ago. Staff are just as pleasant as always. Noelle was right we us as we were seated and ready to take our orders with endless breads ready to go! She was attentive pleasant and helpful from start to finish and represents what I've always expected from Eastside Mario's!

  We had such a great experience! Seth was friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Drinks were made perfectly, recommendations were spot on, and the service was fast even when things got busy. You can really tell they care about creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
