  Seriously KFC I Have been 2 times at the dinner hour to get food and youve closed due to staff shortage If you cant figure out how to keep a resteraunt open at dinner you should just close

  I placed my order at 7:40 PM while the store’s posted closing time was 8:30 PM. The app showed that my order was being prepared, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the staff told me they had already closed the store early, canceled my order, and asked me to come back tomorrow morning to collect it. If I’m hungry tonight, how does asking me to come back tomorrow solve anything? To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, they refused to process it immediately and told me to return the next day for that as well. This is one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. Closing the store before the posted hours, accepting orders you have no intention of fulfilling, and making customers waste their time is completely unacceptable. The staff showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused. Absolutely terrible service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

  Everything is either broke or inoperable. Can't understand teller, as well as him being rude. The restaurant is also very dirty inside and out.

  Terrible establishment! Shame on you KFC, first closed on a Saturday evening at 5pm. Then because we are glutens for punishment and went back the following night. Wow, big mistake. Chicken was soggy, literally 1-2cups, cups of oil in the bottom of the bucket. They wrapped all the chicken in brown paper towels? Absolutely disgusting. Emailed complaint department for KFC, no response! Will not return! Keep up the great work!
