When asked for receipt and I said "yes please", knowing I had been charged extra. The young lady proceeded to tell me "Oh, I've charged you the wrong price"; right away before the receipt was printed. Not knowing how to refund; again really bad service in the situation. After finding a manager, at perfect timing because I dont think anyone was there with her.. he proceeded to refund my VISA charge with change. I asked for a receipt. I got one... still feeling eerie I checked in the car. I was charged $24 plus tax for 3 subs. False advertising from a subway chain OR poor management ripping people off a buck to make a little more? Sending my (almost out of ink) receipt to Subway.
