Don't buy a blizzard cake from here, they don't put anything inside the cake. I bought a Reese blizzard cake and they only put a decoration of Reese on the top around the rim, absolutely nothing inside the ice cream itself, which is the point of a blizzard cake. I took some Reese bars I had in the fridge, chopped them up, and sprinkled them on top to compensate.... Rip off especially for a $50 cake!

WARNING: Unbalanced staff and severe aggression at this location! My family and I have been long-time loyal customers here, but every visit has been unpleasant because of this specific male employee who always appears nervous and unfriendly. Today, his behavior completely crossed the line into extreme aggression. He completely lost his temper over a minor app issue, started screaming at the top of his lungs, waved his hands violently, and aggressively threw away our actual ice cream that we paid for with our app points. The situation was so intense that the female coworker had to physically hold him back by his T-shirt. When I started defending myself and showed a gesture pointing to my head to indicate he was acting crazy, the female worker got offended and told me directly, "Don't come back here anymore." To make matters worse, my son recognized this exact man because during a previous visit, this worker refused to give him his correct change after a cash payment. When I threatened to call the police, he completely lost his mind, mockingly shouting "Call the police!" and aggressively pointing outside toward the officers nearby. I sincerely hope that corporate management conducts a fair and proper investigation into this incident. Such unbalanced people should not be working with the public, and changes must be made so this never happens to another family again!

Honestly I was quite thrown off with how rude the staff was to us today. I Went in to get a ice cream cake for a birthday, the second we opened the freezer door to take a look (the windows were too foggy to see the flavours otherwise) the older lady working yelled and said “DONT LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN ITS WARMER WEATHER OUTSIDE NOW” and then followed up and said “please just look from outside the window” For one, as if it wasn’t fogged up?? You literally couldn’t see in the fridge without opening it. Two, The store is very heavily air-conditioned and it also isn’t very hot outside today either. (17 degrees Celsius) (which shouldn’t even matter btw!!) genuinely how do you expect someone to choose what they wanna order if the staff won’t even let you look? Took my business to another store in the plaza instead, I will not deal with rudeness and lack of patience. She could’ve asked kindly, but instead just came off in a rude / annoyed manner, which is something that I also don’t really get because she’s acting as if she’s paying herself the utility bills of the store, like you are an employee of Dairy Queen not the manager, not the owner, I don’t get it…. also the fact that you literally couldn’t see in the fridge without opening it, so I don’t know what the entire point of that was. I’ve worked in fast food for many years of my life and if you want a customer to do something differently, then you kindly ask them instead of berating them in front of all of the other customers waiting in line. I don’t leave negative reviews unless warranted. Not impressed with this location.

I’m a regular customer and have ordered the same item multiple times at this location and other locations of this brand without any issues. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. The manager was rude, argumentative, and came across as arrogant instead of trying to help or explain the situation respectfully. I was simply requesting something that has been served to me before, yet he continued to argue rather than provide good customer service. The attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience unpleasant. Based on this interaction, I won’t be returning to this location.
