  During my recent visit to McDonald’s, the staff was so pleasant and kind. It was refreshing to experience such genuine customer service. It’s nice to visit a small-town restaurant where teenagers seem wise beyond their years. I really appreciated their positive attitude and professionalism, which truly stood out and made my visit enjoyable!

  Do not go here if you want to actually eat !! Ordered 4 simple breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks at 10:45am… 11:20am still waiting for our food with constant “it’s almost ready” or “sorry for the wait”. Saying it’s almost ready or sorry for the wait doesn’t justify the incompetence this place has. After multiple people waiting, we decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. Getting a refund at this location takes as long as it does to get your food… finally when refunded, they added “it’s almost ready do you want it” we said no and walked out, finally with our money back. There has been multiple ongoing issues with this place and it is getting out of hand as we watched 3 other people also get refunds during our wait. Yet, the people who came after us were getting their food before us. To add on top… the minute your number pops up on the screen they clear it to deem they have “served” you so they don’t get in trouble for their “wait times”. Absolute waste of land putting this franchise here.

  We stopped in for a Value meal which was fine, but poor customer service, mixed up orders seemed to be the norm. No counter ordering because 3everybody is working the drive-thru and leaving the counter abandoned. Floors are dirty, tables aren't being cleaned and over flowing garbage, no ketchup etc. Genuinely a bad experience. Pick your socks up management because bad reviews can kill a business in a hurry!
