A large group of us went for a team lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The patio was spacious, well-covered from the sun, and had excellent airflow, making it very comfortable for our group. Service was a bit slow due to limited staffing; however, our server, Josiah, did a great job managing our large group. He was attentive, captured everyone's orders accurately, answered questions, and accommodated our needs throughout the meal. The food was flavourful, with a good selection of options for those with dietary restrictions. We especially enjoyed the family-style appetizers, which made it easy to socialize over a meal. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.

When we came in the ambience was like of an industrial Warehouse fitted with Spartan furniture all in different shades of brown quite depressing but fortunately they had a patio outside weather was nice and there was a lot of people watching so we sat outside. The waiter we had was highly tattooed displayed no affect, couldn't smile, was very slow in delivering the food items such that the mains came 3 minutes after the appetizers we had to actually wait almost half an hour for the original appetizers to come out on top of that he never came by once till the end of the meal to ask if we needed anything such as water salt which we had to secure from another waitress and extra Cutlery. The food itself was nothing to write home about we ordered calamari appetizers very stringy and chewy. The Korean cauliflower was actually quite good my son's hamburger meat was quite dry. And my $37 steak although cooked medium rare it was quiet Bland and not seasoned at all. On a positive note the parmesan fries are quite good

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and I’m pleased to say the experience was much better than my first. The service from the young lady assisting my table — I believe her name was Sandra — was exceptional. She was attentive, warm, and genuinely elevated the entire experience. She recommended the Turkey Burger, which was well‑seasoned, flavorful, and truly exquisite. There were, however, several concerns that need attention. While everyone else at the table received their meals, I waited more than 10 minutes for mine, despite my order being taken first. Sandra noticed the delay, immediately stepped in to investigate, and returned with my food along with a sincere apology. The gentleman assisting in the area was not very pleasant. At one point, he reached directly over my drink with his bare, hairy arms, which I found extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. It made me uncomfortable and left a negative impression. Additionally, my friend’s steak had to be returned three separate times because it was served cold, and each time the same gentleman displayed noticeable attitude. To add to that, the price of the meal felt a little too high considering the service inconsistencies and the issues we experienced. While the food itself was enjoyable, the overall value didn’t fully match the cost. Despite these concerns, Sandra’s professionalism and the quality of the food made this visit a significant improvement overall. Her excellent service is the main reason I would consider returning.

A friend and I came for lunch on Sunday, completely forgetting it was Father’s Day. We were told it was a 40 minute wait without a reservation (absolutely fine with this) and we were asked if we wanted to wait. Through conversation we determined that we could join a waitlist, so we did that and went out and about. When we returned after being told a table was ready the staff were frazzled. The hostess was on the phone, speaking to us and another employee (possibly training) when a waitress came up and also started talking. The phone was placed on the counter so she could focus and another waitress came up with two plates of food confused about where it was meant to be and comparing she was told the wrong table. After a few minutes of this we were asked inside or out to which we replied whichever one was available for us, then opting for out because it was very loud with the FIFA game blasting inside. Our waitress was fantastic, but service was slow, we were seated with menus and it took about 15 minutes for her to come back and take away the brunch menu to offer Happy Hour menus instead, then she returned in about 5 to take our order. She was knowledgeable helpful to my friend who has diets try restrictions and was extremely personable. As we were waiting for our food we noted that three tables outside had dirty plates and cups, and napkins had blown about the patio. Figured they were busy or understaffed but more than half the seats in and out were empty - which also explained the long wait time. We waited for over an hour to receive our food. We were seated around 2:00 and they came out with our mains after 3:15 - and our appetizers after that. The carbonara was okay, but the top was crusty, as though the cream sauce had been left out for a while. But we were both so hungry we did eat everything. We were not checked on during our meal and after we finished we waited another half an hour before our server was able to get to us. We overheard conversation with the table behind us and we inquired - issues with the kitchen, on-going and creating a backlog of orders so great the front of house team had to reduce guests as the wait times were so long. For a long wait time, mediocre food, and a team that was clearly struggling to hold it together I did wonder where the manager was, we even offered to speak with them but ultimately decided they likely knew of this issue and clearly didn’t want to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend.

We came for Father's Day and a birthday dinner. We left after nearly an hour and a half without a single dish on the table. We were told there was a "massive rush in the kitchen." There wasn't. The restaurant had other tables, sure, but no sudden wave of customers — nothing that explained what was happening to our order. What we did notice was a table seated after us getting their food and drinks completely while we sat there waiting. Our waiter promised a manager would come speak with us. We waited. No one came. After ten more minutes we had had enough and got up to leave — and that's when our waiter came back around, acting completely unbothered, as if he hadn't just told us a manager was on the way. No manager. No explanation. Just another apology and an offer to go get someone, at the point where we were already done. I have no idea if our order was ever actually placed. I have no idea if anyone ever actually went to get a manager. What I do know is that we spent a significant occasion sitting in that restaurant being strung along, and we drove home and ordered takeout on Father's Day. Don't go here for anything that matters to you.
