  Ordered today at 10 am, order should have been ready at 10:20am, when I arrived at 10:30 they hadn’t even taken the order off the printer. I was then asked to come back in 30 mins as the guy making subs “wasn’t in yet and was late and is usually in at 10” and the guy working the counter refused to make the subs. I am done with this location, the new owners do not care about the quality or accuracy of orders. This isn’t our first issue with them over the past few months but gave them the benefit of the doubt. It has gone down hill significantly over the past 12 months under the new ownership. I was issued a refund but a refund doesn’t change how badly this business is ran.

  Compared to the other places that i have been too. Here they show they are passionate about how they make their food, and they care. Mostly franchised food chains just operate under the big names and don't put much effort into how they serve the customers or what they serve. Hands down one of the best places to get a quick bite in this area. Koodos to the new management.
