  Ordered the Louisiana Chicken. Sloppy assembly of the sub as I asked for toppings. The chicken was brown, looked old, and not right. I only took a few bites and couldn't finish it.

  I went there to redeem a promo on the app of a free sub. I ordered through the app and got confirmation.They refused to honour it but I went ahead a paid. The bread was extremely stale. Furthermore to this I've bought 4 subs scanned the app and these have not appeared on my app. Extremely disappointed

  Went into Mr. Sub, thought I’d give them a shot. Was very disappointed asked for green pepper, he put 3 pieces on, same with the cucumber. When I go to Subway, there’s lots of spinach (Mr. Sub had none) green pepper, cucumber. It just tasted blah. I got one for lunch and the other to take to work. Looks like it will be Uber Eats tonight.

  Ordered today at 10 am, order should have been ready at 10:20am, when I arrived at 10:30 they hadn’t even taken the order off the printer. I was then asked to come back in 30 mins as the guy making subs “wasn’t in yet and was late and is usually in at 10” and the guy working the counter refused to make the subs. I am done with this location, the new owners do not care about the quality or accuracy of orders. This isn’t our first issue with them over the past few months but gave them the benefit of the doubt. It has gone down hill significantly over the past 12 months under the new ownership. I was issued a refund but a refund doesn’t change how badly this business is ran.
