He couldnt provide me with a receipt showing void or refunded. So now Ive waste half an of my time and finally said just keep the $16.00 to which he says OK thanks. No sorry or your next meal is free NOTHING. I love Harveys but will never ever visit this store again.

I believe her name was Kamall (if I heard it correctly, as someone was calling her by that name). She was very kind, polite, and attentive, suggested me some summer menu items and making sure I received fresh food while also handling the drive-through at the same time. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I also think the store could benefit from having more staff on duty. It would make things fairer for employees and help ensure that customers continue to receive the same great service.

The girl on the mic was useless, the only person actually working to get food out was the man, he's the only reason this review isn't a 1.
