  Paid $25 for a kids meal, small blizzard and a crispy chicken sandwich all for them to have forgotten my chicken sandwich. I live 15 mins out of town and did not open the bag until I arrived home. My fault for not confirming everything was in the bag but I’ve never had an issue before. Tried calling back to see if I could come back tomorrow but no answer

  Hats off to the owner for hiring such a wonderful team. In the whole city this is one place where you can even send your kids to work and learn what real customer service and respect actually means. The leading example is Miss Alley, and the same reflection we see in Makazie. I sometimes only come for ice cream and still tell my kids this place teaches better attitude and work ethics than many famous big chains. Miss Alley handles the team in such a natural and positive way that even the teenage students working there look happy and stress free. When she is around the environment feels light, organised and respectful at the same time. I know them nearly 3 years now and never saw any change in behaviour or standards. For Alley and Makazie the sky is the limit honestly, very rare to see managers with this level of patience, professionalism and kindness nowadays. Then Mr Stephen, if I am not wrong the French gentleman, such a cool and humble person. I still remember one delivery driver came back specially just because Stephen politely replaced an item for him. Small actions show real character and ethics, and that sweetness stays in people’s minds. The owner truly has a gift for finding superb staff because in food industry making every customer happy every single time is not easy at all. Please send your kids to work here if they want to learn customer service properly and of course the ice cream is superb.

  Arrived at approximately 9pm. Upon arrival it was loud. Waited approximately 10 min before being asked if we were served. In thos 10 min. It was like a party house. Playing around not paying attention to orders. Even sent out a doordash order that was hot food that sat in the freezer. And sent it out anyway. Manager that was there did not have control on staff AT ALL....

  It’s usually good but the last 5 times I’ve went they’ve either forgotten to put the peanut butter in the royal Reese or they mix it in:( so it doesn’t taste as good
