  The overnight staff need to either be retrained or let go. Every night as soon as the lobby closes and you have to use the drive thru, it takes at least 20-30 minutes from entering and then finally getting your order. Drive to the other nearby McDonald's if your ordering overnight because this location does not know what they're doing.

  Nice unique McDonald’s since they have an older design compared to modern McDonald’s and it’s also equipped with a Play place! I ordered through the kiosk for just large fries and waited and was a bit confused why it was taking so long since there was no one else other than two men sitting inside the restaurant. I went to the front and noticed my order on the screen as “served” but they never called it out . I waited and just noticed the manager and other workers working on drive-thru and nobody addressed me until the manager glared at me and then I mentioned my order. Overall it took almost 20mins to get large fries which is not ideal when there’s no rush or apologies. Also, my sister went outside for some fresh air and was locked out which is very unusual for a McDonald’s to do… I understand they close dine -in at 11pm but they closed it 10mins prior. My sister kept knocking and waving her hand but they did not open it for her (there’s a glass window where drive-thru crew can see right towards the front entrance)…very unprofessional! Only positive I have is the location being clean and the crew member doing the cleaning kindly reminding us that they are closing at 11pm. Most-likely will not visit

  I am dissatisfied with my recent experience at mcd (1600 highway 7). The service was tooooo slow. They made me wait for around 5-10 mins at drive thru from takimg order to providing it to me. I was calling for them to place my order but no one was responding. After 2-3 minutes, they said wait for some time and then made me wait for another 2-3 minutes. Also, i did not get the right amount of order. I orderd 6 chicken nuggets but got only 4. The sauce i orderd was chipotle, but what i have tasted different.

  When I attempted to order ice cream, I was told it was unavailable. When I asked for the reason, the staff member replied, “We ordered parts from China and it didn’t work.” I found this comment unprofessional and dismissive. Associating equipment failure with a specific country of origin in that manner felt unnecessary and, frankly, uncomfortable. I understand that McDonald’s equipment is maintained through authorized domestic distributors (Taylor), the explanation felt like an excuse rather than a professional update on equipment status. Machines go down for maintenance or repairs, but the team should communicate these issues to customers in a more neutral and professional manner. I was hoping this incident can be used as a coaching opportunity for the staff working the late-night shift.

  I got a muffin top so crispy that I'm pretty sure it cut the top of my mouth and drew blood. It'll be a double minor on the muffin. Just the way you want it to play. Fierce. Say what you want about Mcdonald's being trash, I just found the new standard for muffins here. Was the quality of the muffin good? Absolutely not. But as we know, the only thing that matters when eating a muffin is the crispiness of the top. It'll probably be my next visit when this review requires an update to lower the rating to the expected 2 or 3 that Mcdonald's exhibits. But as of now, let's bask in this rare flaming 5 star review and my sore mouth.
