  Service and food quality were exceptional. Jaskaran was our cashier and a pleasure to deal with. It was really busy but service was quick and food was hot. Job well done to all staff working today!

  We had such an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A Rutherford. Lincoln, the owner, is truly one of a kind. For Mother’s Day, they generously offered free lunch for moms, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and the people in it. What stands out most is how involved he is. He wasn’t just standing around managing — he was out cleaning tables, taking out garbage, delivering food to customers, and helping wherever needed. He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, and that says so much about his character and leadership. The employees also deserve so much recognition. The staff work incredibly hard, stay attentive to customers, and always seem genuinely happy to help. You can really feel the positive atmosphere the moment you walk in. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and constantly making sure guests are taken care of, even when it’s busy. The restaurant constantly creates community events like bingo nights, trivia, and other family-friendly activities, often offering free food and bringing people together. Vaughan is incredibly lucky to have Lincoln and his franchise in our community. He’s a true family man, an incredible business owner, and someone who clearly leads with kindness, generosity, and heart. Thank you to Lincoln and the entire team for everything you do for the community!

  We took out our mother's this mother's day, and their customer service went above and beyond. We were a large group, and yet the crew was very kind and friendly. The owner even came by to see how we were doing and to wish us a Happy Mother's Day. We will definently be returning.

  I recently visited Chick-fil-A and overall had a great experience. The service was top notch — staff were polite, quick, and very well organized. You can really feel the difference in how they handle customers. The food was fresh and tasted really good, exactly what you expect. The seating area was comfortable with enough space, so it didn’t feel crowded. The ambience was also nice and clean, making it a good place to sit and enjoy your meal. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely visit again.

  Okay so first time every having this. Yeah in blown away, food had so much flavor was actually affordable for what you get! Food is fresh all the flavor hit hard! We can go ahead and replace every KFC with this. The drive through took me back in time to old school drive through days. Well done definitely will be back!
