While the food and atmosphere are both standout features at this branch, the service is what truly takes the cake. Kwabena, the branches manager, is the most diligent and hardworking employee we’ve ever seen, always cleaning tables, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional service each time. He is humble and extremely kind, constantly uplifting his team and the customers in the branch. An incredible location with incredible staff, 10/10!!!!

I drove an hour specifically to get Chick-fil-A because I wanted my partner, who had never tried Chick-fil-A before, to finally experience it. I had hyped it up so much and was genuinely excited to introduce her to it. I ordered a Chicken Deluxe through the drive-thru and, unfortunately, I trusted that my order was correct and left without checking the bag. When I finally opened it, I discovered they had given me someone else’s order — nuggets instead of the Chicken Deluxe I ordered. After driving an hour, waiting for the order, and looking forward to finally sharing this experience with my partner, getting the completely wrong order was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I honestly can't describe the level of disappointment. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice experience. For a place with such a strong reputation for service and accuracy, this was unacceptable. 1 star. Check your order before leaving the drive-thru, because apparently you can't rely on them to give you what you actually paid for.
