- DJDavid JohnsonApr 25, 20261.0Horrible experience. We have been visiting this location in Collingwood for decades and it was generally decent. Over the last couple of visits we have noticed a decline in quality and service. We recently (from the drive through) ordered takeout from here. Our order was a Swiss Chalet 1/4 chicken with fries and a bun. The second was the special order, quarter chicken with rice and garlic shrimp. The regular chicken was fine. The “seafood fest” meal was disgusting. It looked like the meal was thrown across the room and there was absolutely ZERO shrimp in it. What a ripoff. There was also no cutlery or anything else provided for the meal. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. May have to rethink visiting again.
