    Went tonight around 8:20 pm when they close at 9 to find out the grill was shut off as I come here often this has never happened before kinda gross getting a sub that’s not grilled when it should be…. Wet and cold, Very disappointed

    Had an excellent visit at Mr. Sub today. Jigna provided top-notch customer service — very kind, attentive, and efficient. She made sure my order was fresh and prepared perfectly. It’s rare to see someone care so much about customers. The food tasted great, and the friendly atmosphere made the experience even better.     Amazing service at Mr. Sub! Jigna was very welcoming and made my order exactly the way I wanted. She handled everything with a smile and made the whole experience enjoyable.
