Multiple people reporting the exact same thing: long waits, no service, and being ignored. That tells me this isn’t a one-off bad day, it’s a management problem. In the end, we walked out. I was there with my family, and my kids were hungry—waiting any longer was unacceptable. We went to another restaurant nearby and were served immediately, which only made this experience feel worse. If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t waste your time. Being seated quickly means nothing if the staff completely ignore you after that.
