    New young lady (owner?) is very rude. No CSR training. I'll expect the following: "Thank you for reviewing Mr Sub boilerplate statement, which means nothing. ***Mr Sub has been an absolute landmark here in town since the 60's. It's a shame that it has slid downhill since it was sold. Firehall subs is substantially better with CSR. Maybe Mr Sub should reach out for a crosstraining effort? KM

    Mr. Sub never disappoints! I usually order the Tex- Mex black bean Sub and it’s my all-time favourite. The food is always fresh, delicious, and easily 10/10. The service is also amazing — friendly staff and great experience every time. Highly recommend!
