    I do not understand why I can't get a extra slice of turkey on my sandwich. I guess its worth it to go to the downtown one. Better customer service and they at lest smile.

    Thanks for a great sub! And better yet, for delicately dealing with the customer issue and replacing her sub at no charge after she returned it 24 hours after ordering 😉

    It's almost like asking them to do their job is a hassle. Asked for lettuce on my sub and got told that I wouldn't want lettuce on it, the girl next to refused to put it on. Would not recommend.
