Have never had issues with the food or service and have been coming here for lunch for years. If anything, this has been one of the better locations for my sandwich being well made. Almost always bring my own water/sparkling water to fast food places and have been doing so here forever. Don't remember seeing any clear signage anywhere but clearly had my drink in my hand to eat when ordering. Waited for me to finish ordering, pay and sit down before telling me i can't have my own drink. No problem, obliged. Respect your rules, but wont be coming back.

I do not understand why I can't get a extra slice of turkey on my sandwich. I guess its worth it to go to the downtown one. Better customer service and they at lest smile.

Thanks for a great sub! And better yet, for delicately dealing with the customer issue and replacing her sub at no charge after she returned it 24 hours after ordering 😉
