  I go once or twice a week. Melanie on cash is great! I asked her name. The guys serving uo the food are terrible. They are so slow and don't care if there's a store full of people waiting for food. The fries are luke warm and the chicken is not always ready

  Yum Brands (KFC parent company) needs to brush up it’s act! Picked up chicken that had absolutely no flavour, or even a hint of the 11 herbs and spices. They should be embarrassed to serve this to the public. Talk about a massive decline!

  There is always something missing in the order. I have ordered from here multiple times with skip and they always forget to put ranch. Today, i picked up the order and later when i opened the bag, i realized they didn’t put macaroni salad. So frustrating!

  Very disappointed with this location. This is the second time I have placed and paid for a pickup order through the KFC app, only to arrive and find the restaurant closed. Customers should not be able to place orders and have their payment processed when the store is not open. Not only was my time wasted, but I was also left having to chase down a refund. This is clearly an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. I hope management takes steps to ensure customers are not charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled. Extremely frustrating experience and unfortunately not a one-time occurrence.

  By far worst location ever its always closed and if you oder online they take your money anyway even if its not open at that location so you have to call and fight with upper management to get your money back, I will never go back to this location ever again
