The food was pretty good but the service desapointed me a lot. We ordered 14pcs if chicken only to find out that they gave us only 12:( Not only that, but they didnt give us ustensils and the the sauce we ordered was supposed to be hot but it came out cold... There were also around 10 people waiting for their orders and the employese just randomly disapeared for around 20 minutes. Finally, a lady came in with her Daughter and they had to Wait for their order for around 40 minutes which made them angry. In conclusion, if you're okay with waiting to much Time to get some chicken then definetly consider going here👍

Cobourg location is consistently poor. The chicken seems somehow water logged in oil if that’s a thing. The taste seems over cooked or burnt. Definitely make sure your order is complete. For 9 years consistently somethings been missing every time. Often I’ll get half an order of fries, not a filled bag. For about a year I’ve avoided kfc but upon my return I endured all of the above plus the temporary foreign worker slap in the face. Now the dining area is blocked off as if to say get out. Avoid at all costs.

Despite not only Google but 2 signs outside the building stating they are supposed to be open at 10:30am, the front door is locked and when I called they said they aren't going to open till 11am. Not sure what manager decided to go with this plan but personally I don't think advertising your business as open when you aren't isn't the way to go
