  I went into get a meal for dinner there what’s the staff member that was very disrespectful at the cashier giving me attitude because I didn’t know exactly the menu like if you’re working as an employee at a fast food restaurant, you have to be patient with people that don’t know Vanessa necessarily menu, and this guy was rolling his eyes and giving me Rude attitude because I had asked him about a certain sauce Then when I try to confront him about it, he said oh I don’t know what you’re talking about. I’m like I don’t just make this stuff up like I’m not going to pay it for a meal if you’re going to disrespect me.

  The only thing I found to be good at this location is the onion rings and gravy. In the beginning the selection of chicken used to be either a leg, back, side, wing, etc. At this location they seem to prepare like West Indies style, all chopped up. They'll give you what looks like a back piece, chopped in two and calling each ½ one piece. Tiny little twisted pieces of chicken drenched in batter. Unlike before covid, when anyone serving food would wear a hairnet, a face mask, and a set of sterile gloves, now wears nothing at all. Potential hair and spittle maybe in your dish as they communicate back and forth to each other from in the kitchen to behind the counter. The drinks self-serving section when visited today was messy with drink rings all over it and scattered napkins. Why do I still shop here? Small orders of large onion rings with gravy only, and it's super hot slightly dripping with oil ... What little germs may land may not survive. And depending on what staff is working that day, you may or may not be served with a smile! The one in Port Hope mall has a better turnaround time for chicken and usually has pieces that look and taste the way they should. Probably at the request of the merchant for that location due to how much they cook-up in a day.

  Made a 140$ order. Was told 20 minute wait. Go in and they say they forgot to drop the chicken, that’s their entire job like what do you mean you forgot to cook the chicken. Ended up waiting an hour while the place was empty. Manager only offered extra macaroni.

  Opened at 10:30. Arrive at 11:00. Doors closed. They are there but ignore the 2 customers waiting outside. I specifically went there for popcorn Shrimp. I sure as heck wouldn’t go there for their greasy chicken. And judging by some reviews I’m not the only one that thinks that. Went to Mary Browns for the chicken which is by far superior. Popeyes is closed in Cobourg which is unfortunate because they too have better chicken and great popcorn chicken. Thought I’d give KFC a shot at their Popcorn shrimp but I’ll never know because I’ll never go back due to their lack of of professionalism.

  They close at ten pm. I went at nine pm to order something. The guy came to the front desk and asked what we wanted, I wanted some fried chicken. Why else would anyone go to kfc? The fries? Anyway, he tells me that we have to wait for 25 minutes for chicken and that he doesn’t want to make any because they’re closing in an hour and don’t want to get the kitchen set up again or something along the lines of that Horrible service. It’s fast food! The date was May the first around nine. The franchise owner should know whoever was working at that time just lost a customer for life.
