  We usually stop here while travelling home to Toronto from Dorland (Bay of Quinte). We’ve been doing this about once or twice a month for more than 8 years (May-Oct) The food has always been super fresh/hot. The staff inside and at the drive through are always so friendly and patient. They even walk over to offer assistance when looking at the ice cream cakes. The washrooms are always clean and well stocked. The staff really and truly deserve kudos for running this place so well. They all should get a raise!

  Just bought a turtle blizzard and there were no nuts in it…was supposed to be pecans! It’s expensive too and you would think they would realize it ..there are only 3 ingredients in it …how hard is it to put them altogether….honestly …$8.00 and not what I ordered!!!! Not happy DQ!!

  Never assume they do anything correct. Check your order before you leave this place will not compensate their mess ups or even apologize.

  When they forget half your meal and dont take your blizzard back you cant eat because of time wasted and they offer nothing to compensate their mess up. Lady at drive thru was nice enough.

  Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip and only got 5. Wouldn’t really care if it wasn’t 21$ for one meal. This location is always so inconsistent, missing items, takes forever, and overall not managed properly. My advice is to skip this location completely!!!!
