  More than 5 Star Service! On a regular basis I have always had more than 5 Star Service at this Taco Bell location. The manager Shawn and assistant managers Nica and Rajan as well as the entire staff always make our experience exceptional. This past weekend they went completely out of their way to help us celebrate my sons birthday. My son's favourite food is burritos and Taco Bell is his all time favourite. Knowing this, I asked Shawn if I could have our whole family (20 people) and some of his friends for dinner and he said he would "reserve" some seats for us, which I was already grateful for. When we showed up the staff had put up birthday signs and had balloons everywhere, they had even all signed a very funny taco themed card for my son. To say they went out of their way would be an understatement. I know they did this especially for my son as he asks me on a weekly basis if he can go to Taco Bell for dinner and every other opportunity he gets. When my son broke both of his arms this summer the only thing that made him feel better was getting his burrito from Taco Bell. Even though he had no arms he managed to eat it in a cup to make sure he could enjoy his food. I want to send a heart felt thank you to everyone who made last Saturday so special for my family. My heart was full with their kindness and attention to detail for our special day. I love living in a small community so that I can know the people around me and knowing Shawn and his team has always made our experiences excellent. Thank you Taco Bell Chatham. We will never forget this experience! Thank you for all the other times you always go out of your way to give us great service and a great experience! Taco-about First Class :)

  The restaurant really skimped on the sauce, and even when we offered to pay extra, they refused to give us more. It was way too frustrating, especially since the employee had a really negative attitude about it.NEED IMPROVEMENT

  An absolute HUGE rave to whoever lovely people were working past midnight September 1st. We had ordered off of skip and they ended up canceling on us after going through several drivers. The lady on the phone was absolutely phenomenal and was so understanding. Kudos to the male working who paid a uride for us there and back so that we could pick up the order. They had even remade our food so it was fresh and hot. Seriously whoever was working that night needs a RAISE! you all went above and beyond and me and my sister couldn't be more thankful!

  The workers were awesome, my skip driver canceled and it was 1 in the morning, Taco bell worker Owen ordered me an Uber to go get it. He paid for the Uber and even gave me new warm food!!

  I went to the store 30 minutes before closing and they had a big open sign that was still lit up. I knew it wasnt an amazing idea but i was hungry and craving taco bell. Instead, a worker (older lady, dont know her name) walked up to the door shaking her head and shooing me away. Who does that?
