- SSSamiSep 2, 20261.0I ordered a steak sub with cheese, and I could hardly notice the steak. I was very disappointed with the amount of steak compared with the amount of bread and other toppings. MR.SUB and other restaurants seem to be reducing serving portions over time. I don't want to pay less — I just want proof of value for what I'm paying for. What's the point of going out for lunch if the main ingredient is served in such a small amount that you can barely taste or notice it? People are often driving around looking for a quick meal, and convenience is part of what makes these restaurants appealing. But customers also deserve to feel that they're receiving a reasonable amount of the food they're paying for. I hope MR.SUB takes this kind of feedback seriously, because portion size and value can make the difference between a customer coming back or choosing somewhere else. I left feeling disappointed with my purchase.

- SSSueAug 11, 20261.0Not even 2 minutes pass 8 and they have pretty much the whole store taken down had barely any product available do to lazy prep work I must assume with how lazy the closing staff acts can't even toast my bun was the final strike for me not even closing yet but they got everything basically off not paying full price for something I could do at home this was the worst experience but I haven't ate all day and they made my experience 10 times worst
