  Family of 6 stopped in tonight Sunday May 17th at 7:00 Only two servers on, extra staff were sent home.apparently. Busy and sadly some customers left. However the two servers and hostess hustled!!!!!! The food was hot and delicious. You knew they were short handed but the servers never missed a beat . We will be back and hope that management keeps staff longer to set the team up for success.

  Such lovely faces here and a friendly atmosphere. Was a nice spot to take the extended family for an outing when in town to see family.

  Had a great experience at Kelseys Original Roadhouse in Chatham! The food was amazing and everything came out fresh and delicious. The service was very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire visit.

  My husband and I went out for date night here in chatham decided on Kelseys and were very happy with our food very generous portions we got a spinach dip for an appetizer it was so creamy and delicious Well seasoned nice warm pita bread too .we also

  Table of 8 , waitress Karen was one of the rudest people I’ve ever had as a server . We had to ask for napkins , cutlery, straws etc. eventually got up and got them myself . We had questions in regards to a coupon . We were inquiring about the free app you get when signing up . The instructions weren’t very clear . She cut us off during the conversation and walked away and rolled her eyes and huffed. Karen is clearly annoyed being a waitress . The burgers were good, however they mixed up each plate , and each burger had different requests. Nachos were ok but nothing special . Definitely not a great experience.
