  Unlike some other reviews, my service was actually very good… However, my hot fudge sundae was disgusting… It was not the regular soft serve ice cream at all… Taste was off texture was off… It was gross and before your responses to contact the team I already did and they’re making the Chatham location aware. However, it will be sometime before I invest over six dollars on a 💩sundae; I ended up throwing half down the sink; And oddly enough even with the hot water, it took forever to dissolve… Makes me really think twice about ordering another one… Lol. Unless I get a voucher for one, I probably won’t waste my money again.. 😒

  They never have chocolate ice cream and my daughter’s sprinkled cone had practically 3 sprinkles on it. The workers had bad attitude and their menu is extremely overpriced.

  Bad service. We waited at the counter for 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, then it took them 17 minutes to make our poutine and 2 crispy chicken wraps. Edit: we hope you give us another chance? It's the same copy-and-paste reply that all the other 1-star reviews have gotten in the last 2 months. Your business is failing, just sell it to a Mexican restaurant so we can have real food in Chatham.

  I ordered a chicken sandwich from here today. I don't normally like fast food, but I felt like trying a sandwich from here. Half way through eating it, I noticed the chicken was not fully cooked. Hours later and I am so sick. I have food poisoning from this garbage. Zero stars.

  Wow! No smile with this service! Terrible customer service, pop machines spraying out pop, no lids. Ordered a banana split so thank God that was decent. Sure won't be enjoying a meal at this establishment!
