I told my children to be careful upon entry because the wet floor signs, but the floors were absolutely soaked. Not safe for people at all. The staff needs to learn how to ring out a mop and dry the floor because leaving a layer of water on top of the tile is a hazard to everyone including themselves. My son just cracked his elbow off the tile after falling while trying to walk to a booth and they had the audacity to tell me that they have wet floor signs so its not their problem. But when you have a layer of water all across the floor that isnt the slightest bit dry you need to dry it or use a spill mat for safety.

Tried going in for dinner after my sons baseball game to find the floor completely soaked with water. That my 8 year old slips on and by the grace of God somehow he doesn't Crack his head but does really badly hurt his elbow. Then when we ask to speak to a manager about their soaking wet floor. They tell us there's no manager because apparently this place is just ran by 17 year olds now. Then they proceed to tell us its our 8 year old sons fault for walking on a wet floor to the booth we were going to eat at. Im not sure where they wanted him to walk considering the whole floor was soaked.Not sure what kind of busnines operates without a manager or doesnt even ask a child if he's ok they just try to blame him. At this point they're just lucky we dont sue. Absolutely the worst service I've had anywhere. If you want the worst service you could get and possibly a spinal or head injury for your child visit dairy queen chatham
