  Nobody was in the store I had to yell hello to get someone I order two snack wraps that are normally delicious the one I ate half and threw the rest out. I told the gird tables were filthy and I hate that they force you to use the kiosk and always try to sell other stuff that you don’t want if you wanted it, you would order it. I know someone who worked at KFC and I’ve seen in previous comments. The staff are made to do reviews if they don’t do reviews they get penalized for it same with if they don’t upsell food they get penalized for that as well and I left a review on the other KFC that’s on Saint Clair and they made it where I wasn’t able to leave reviews anymore. I’ve given these guys plenty of chances and it’s just went downhill. I don’t like Popeyes so I can’t wait to try Mary Brown’s.

  They always forget dipping sauces then make some excuse about how you weren’t supposed to be able to select them on the app, they never offer you any money back for driving super far back to get them either. Annoying.

  Walked into the bathroom and the toilet paper already had a surprise on it. Lost my appetite instantly. Then my brother forgot to flush, got chased down by an employee like he’d committed a felony, and we still waited 30 minutes for our food. The bathroom had faster service than the kitchen.
