If I had not checked my meal before leaving I would have got home with mashed substituted without even asking. No mention they ran out either. When asked, I was told they only make a few baked because nobody orders them so they don't want to throw them out. It was 615 when I placed the order and was 630 pm when I picked it up. Nothing was overly hot either. I find it hard to believe that a dinner rush timeslot and they had no potatoes. The service was horrible as well. Complete indifference. I had issues placing the order online so I spoke with someone at the call centre. They were of no help either. The whole experience from placing the order to pickup was not what one would expect from Swiss Chalet.

They said for me to call the 1-800 number on my receipt. I would not recommend this place.

The person handling the food was not wearing gloves and his mask was under his nose. He then proceeded to constantly touch his face and then the food. None of the tables were clean and they had food on them. And the food that we did eat, was burnt, dry and disgusting. My family and I will not be going back here., and we will be reporting this place to the bylaw.
