  Terrible experience at this Subway. The guy serving was very rude and did not provide respectful customer service. The food-safety practices were disgusting. Staff were not changing gloves properly. They touched the POS/cash area and other dirty surfaces, then went back to touching food with the same gloves. This is very dirty and creates a serious health risk for customers, including kids eating there. This location needs proper staff training immediately for hygiene, glove changes, food safety, and respectful customer service. I did not feel safe eating the food after seeing this, and I am filing a complaint with the health unit so it can be investigated.

  Staff had no care when making the sandwich. Uneven placement. Put all the fixings in the middle of the sandwich. No attention to detail just trying to make the sandwich fast and get me out the door. Find another subway don’t go here

  This Subway is really stingy with the veggies. Every time one of the male workers makes my sandwich, they barely add any toppings. Even when I ask for extra, they only put a tiny bit more on. I’ve never had this issue with the female staff, so it seems like some of the male employees either aren’t trained properly or just don’t put in the same effort. I’ve added photos comparing the male (1st) worker to the female (2nd) and the toppings show such a difference.

  Staff working here is disrespectful and pathetic. Please avoid and drive an extra minute to visit the other location

  We can see the reciept i already mantion i want all the vaggies in before toasted. When i se ntg toasted in sandwich and when i ask for employee he told me we already toasted and behave very very rudely. And explain me if you want another sub please line up behind. And we can make . But the things why i did the onlinepick up order. ? If i want yo use the line i can . Very disappointed . Please take 2 kms drive but dont go ther i suggest you.
