- LFL F3 days ago1.0There were large holes in the parking lot coming off the Hwy 7 so we almost bottomed out our vehicle. When we walked in the store was empty even though it was a sunny weekend afternoon. The blizzard I received was so runny it should have been served with a straw. I mentioned it to the server and she offered to put it in the freezer for a few minutes. The chocolate milkshake I ordered was over 50% milk and served with no whipped topping. This is not to DQ standards

So I went back to restaurant a couple of days latter with pictures and receipt and talked to manager owner who ever she argued with me saying this is how they are made she got me replacment burgers the one on right is one of the replacements. Cutting back on toppings to save money? It's sad we had been going to this DQ for years . Never again.

The customer service was terrible and there parking lot is a disaster for any vehicle with gigantic pot holes everywhere, the inside of the store was very unsanitary and messy. The customer service was terrible! My sons chocolate milk shake might aswell have been a chocolate milk. I ordered a medium skor blizzard and got a small when the order came up then i asked for the proper size and it was a big deal even with it being there mistake. Then they just dumped the partially melted ice cream in a medium cup, added a tiny bit more ice cream not even full then handed it back, no more skor added, not mixed and I honestly could have drank it threw a straw. We will.never step foot in carelton place dairy queen again.
