She was handed the desserts I individually without a promt even when ordering if she wanted a tray. She tried to hand back the desserts to the employee and asked him to tray them (he had a flat surface compared to a car seat.) He just handed her the tray and dessert back and expected her too tray them. With a line up behind and a young child wanting to get home, she tried which unfortunately lead to spilled ice cream and extra time to clean the car seat. I'd hope this is a one time occurrence, as we have had no other problems with this location minus some in store cleanliness

Exit door blocked off because it doesn’t work. Outside chairs all chained up so you can’t use them. Overall dirty. If you want a delicious ice cream go to the smiths falls dairy queen.
