  Ordered the 6pc chicken basket and got 4 pcs. And wouldn’t give me a sauce on the side for dipping. Wanted to charge me 1.50$ for a dipping sauce? And asked about the tenders and he just walked away. What a dump of a place. Never again

  Yet another horrible experience at this Dairy Queen. I ordered a chocolate mint ice cream cone and received cinnamon toast, crunch ice cream cone? When I spoke to employee that it was the wrong one he mumbled something and just walked away and I was stuck with an ice cream I didn’t want already paid for. I just threw the garbage. My son ordered a meal to go and came out on a tray and I asked for a to go container and did not bring anything. And they were busy? Not sure if it’s a language barrier or What but I will be going to McDonald’s and I suggest you should too

  i ordered a custom cake and when i tell you it was such an easy design, they took a picture of the reference, i literally explained everything like the card they fill out was perfectly what i wanted, and they still messed it up and i don’t even mean slightly like it was an entirely different cake. like it was a solid colour and they have a literal photo of what i wanted like the cashier took a picture of the cake reference (the cake reference was also still just a dairy queen cake). when i first picked it up the container was frosted so i couldn’t see how ugly the cake was so it was brought back to be fixed and bro. they got it wrong again😶 again they were shown the inspo pic after returning it. i even said to the guy its not what i asked for the second time it was picked up and what they did wrong and he just kinda shrugged and offered no solution like how hard is it to make a simple cake. if they can’t follow custom orders they shouldn’t even offer them at that point

  Our food was fresh and hot, delivered to our table with a smile. Would appreciate tables stocked with napkins but otherwise a good dining experience!

  2 stars because it was good for a bit! A few years ago when there was a change in owners, things really went down hill. We ordered there about 3 times before we gave up going there for a while because it was so bad. It seems like some high-ups got involved because they really improved over the past few months. We had it two times in the past year, and it was great. However... we went back tonight, and lo and behold, it has gone back to being awful. I got a bacon cheeseburger and the onion on it was HUGE (again - this happened a while ago too), the bacon was underdone, the icecream was already half melted when we got it, they didn't put whip cream on my banana split, and there were hardly any toppings. I feel like whatever improvements were made were completely undone. I don't know if it's the owner cutting corners or something? We won't be going back for a while.
