- KNKristian Niedzielski1 day ago5.0Had a great experience at Swiss Chalet tonight, and our server Melissa was excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out smoothly. I had the quesadilla, my brother had the chicken burger, and my parents got the Can Dine for Two meal and everything tasted great. Melissa provided amazing service and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a very enjoyable meal.
- CHChris H.May 12, 20262.0My daughter and I ordered the roast beef dinner. My daughter, said “no sauce or gravy, just on the side please” the waitress said no problem. She brought the plate and when we addressed the sauce/gravy being on it, she said “that’s not gravy, that’s au jus” and walked away. I tasted my meal and didn’t like it myself. It has changed since last year. It tastes different. When we told them. She said we can only give 20% off because you are the one who doesn’t like it, it’s not our problem. Just ridiculous considering they threw the meal in the garbage, we didn’t even eat it. When we mentioned the sauce again, she said “well it’s in the description.” yes but we asked for it not to be included, if they couldn’t accommodate that, she should have just said. We are regulars, but the attitude and service has really shocked us.
