My other friend had their pasta and all dishes were delicious. Whilst this location is much smaller than the Kitchener location that recently closed down, the vibe was nice and cosy. It got busy as our reservation was at 6:30 p.m. All in all we didnt feel rushed and will return!! Service was great.

The restaurant was not even busy, yet we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. The staff were not welcoming, attentive, or helpful, and we felt completely ignored throughout our visit. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things, rather than anyone checking on us or making sure everything was okay. The most frustrating part was the complete lack of communication. Nobody informed us that the kitchen was going to close, nor were we given any last call to order food or dessert. As a result, we could not even get dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Had someone simply communicated that the kitchen was closing, we would have ordered dessert beforehand. For a restaurant that wasn’t busy, there was absolutely no excuse for the level of service we received. We came expecting to enjoy a special occasion, but instead left feeling ignored, unimportant, and extremely disappointed. Good food cannot make up for poor customer service, especially when basic communication is completely missing. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated. Sadly, this was our first and last visit. We will never return and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Visited September 6 at around 9pm.
