  Ordered a big Mac meal, and a 2 other things, paid for those items and came to the window, when I was told that I didnt order a big Mac, and it was a mcdouble instead, I let them know that it wasnt my order, they persistently argued with me basically calling me a liar and telling me thats not what I ordered. I didnt even ask for a number 1 combo, I explicitly asked for a big Mac combo, and was told by the two younger ladies at the window I wasnt getting what I ordered, I didnt get napkins or a receipt so I cant even verify, it was $30 for 10 nuggets, a regular flurry, and a mcdouble combo, and thats outrageous and the actions of your staff are not acceptable.

  One of the worst burger,,,,,i have ever had. Not going to order ever again. I would have given 0 stars if there is an option. Waste of money.

  Related to service. Had interactions with two staff members at drive thru window. Firstly, No greetings, no smile, at both windows like we are getting free food from them. Secondly asked for unsalted fries, response was we cant update this to mobile order, have to place a new order if you want unsalted. Then, for the hot fudge sunday it was half empty, literally bottom was visible and the kid Zarchy was like we give it like this. Come on.
