  Love grabbing takeout from this KFC location! Service is always fast, but today’s visit stood out because of Donna. She was doing her job so wonderfully, super attentive, warm, and took the time to make small talk and compliment us. Staff like Donna make all the difference!

  This is my goto KFC. The staff are always extremely helpful. I would have given five stars, but the fries weren't filled up to the top today like they normally are. I will update my rating next time if the fries are overflowing like they usually are.

  the counter lady her name is Donna is very friendly and very helpful i will always travel to come here food is hot and fresh service is great thnx for making my Tuesdays wonderful

  Always fresh & hot food! Donna is one of the friendliest people ever and my favourite person to see whenever I go, which is often as I work on hespeler. I have always had pleasant interactions while waiting for my food, the tables are always clean and ready for the next customers! Donna deserves 10 stars she is amazing

  This experience at this store was great.The server Donna was outstanding! She was fully engaged and very helpful, making some suggestions, very polite and professional. She asked if I had far to go as it was a take out order. Making sure it was prepared and packed properly. Asking if utensils, napkins and any condiments were needed. When I got home it was still hot and the Chicken was Mmmm finger licking good. Everything I needed was with the order nothing missing. I highly recommend this location!
