  Really disappointed with my experience at KFC. The chicken was extremely oily and greasy, and the meat was literally falling off the bone in a bad way. Some of the bones were broken inside the pieces, which made it unpleasant to eat. Overall, everything tasted overly greasy and poorly prepared. Definitely not the quality I expected.

  Very rude staff waited 45 minutes to get my order ready and one of the worst experience staff did not answer anything also not getting paper napkins as well. Not Go there

  Went to get a nice meal and meet a super nice lady working at the cash register, super kind and polite and very helpful with my order, 10/10 would recommend

  Ordered online for pick up today and received the an incomplete order. We were missing the correct sides. We ordered coleslaw and received macaroni salad and we were shorted the correct number. You guys always short the order. That’s so lame! The chicken except for the legs was just skin and bone and greasy. Come on give your customers a break and at least include some meat. The individual fries were the smallest portion I have ever seen in a takeout restaurant KFC or anywhere else. For the price I paid this is totally unacceptable and believe me it won’t happen again. Done with you guys

  I am a KFC customer for decades. Even my cousin owns three and he says they do many things to attract customers as there is narrow competition in the market. But in this KFC the senior tall lady asks me to pay for drinks refill. Wow! Either they need to hide the drinks behind the counter or there should be an overall policy for drinks refill in all locations. KFC! You just lost at least one customer today.
