Food came in 25mins and the waitress forgot half of the order. Was busy chatting. And it was our son’s birthday! No apology for missing the order. Not going back.

The lettuce wraps filling is coated in what feels like corn syrup. My side beet and goat cheese salad had dressing that was balsamic flavoured syrup, I couldn't even eat it. Dessert? No thanks. I ate more than enough sugar already. Not recommended for people with diabetes. I won't be coming back.

I ate three pieces before cutting one open and realizing. I now have legitimate health concerns for the next 48-72 hours. The manager comped the chicken fingers but we still paid the remainder of our bill. For a food safety failure of this severity, I expected more. Raw poultry is not a minor kitchen mistake – it’s a health risk. Update: Things happen and mistakes are made — we’re all human. What matters is how a business responds, and Kelseys did right by us. The General Manager reached out personally, took full accountability, and made it right. We appreciate the effort and will be giving them another chance. Bumping up to 3 stars accordingly.
