  I had Scotia as a server and wow…. She was amazing! Very attentive and our food came out hot and fast!

  We had a great time, the food was wonderful and our server Amber was great and very attentive! We tried a couple of the new menu items and they were very good as well.

  Absolutely Terrible – Don’t Waste Your Time or Money This place has gone completely downhill. What used to be a favorite is now one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We walked in and stood there like idiots for 5–7 minutes because no one could be bothered to greet or seat us. Not even a simple acknowledgment. That pretty much set the tone for the rest of the night. The food was even worse. We ordered pizza, and—like almost every time—they messed up the toppings. They forgot mushrooms again, and the cherry bomb peppers were thrown on in huge, raw, pickled chunks after baking. Who serves pizza like that? When we questioned it, the server basically said it depends on whether someone in the kitchen “has time.” Seriously? So customers are just supposed to gamble on whether the kitchen feels like doing their job properly? It only got worse from there. Instead of remaking the pizza, they lazily tossed some mushrooms on top while the pizza sat there getting cold. When it came back, it was ice cold. We sent it back again, and this time it was reheated into a hard, overcooked, dark-brown mess. The toppings were falling off, and it looked completely unappetizing. We also ordered a penne dish with roasted Italian vegetables instead of sausage. What we got? Just mushrooms. That’s it. And even the bill showed they swapped sausage for mushrooms—as if that’s the same thing as “roasted vegetables.” Service was just as bad. We ordered an all-you-can-eat soup and asked for a second bowl. We were told a fresh batch was coming… and then nothing. No soup, no follow-up, no explanation. We ended up paying and leaving without ever getting it. At this point, it honestly feels like they don’t care anymore—about the food, the service, or the customers. You’re not getting what you pay for, and you’re definitely not getting a good experience.
