  New owners suck, the new line system is stupid, the prices went way up, the portions are down, and so is the quality. The same people have been coming here for decades and they notice these things. Do better

  Very disappointed with the icecream cake I ordered. Usually this is my go to for custom images / designs as they have always been so beautiful and well done. I was very disappointed this time. It looks like someone was practicing and learning how to make cakes. All I requested was smooth sides and white boarders. I got a cake with icing that had other colours smudged in it, uneven sloppy boarders, chocolate and peices of the middle cookie smudges in with the vanilla icecream on the outside. I am embarrassed to present the cake at the event it is for. In addition, the phone number listed on the website and Google is not in service so I could not even contact them to rectify the issue.

  The DQ Treat on Ki g St in Cambridge doesn't use that DQ app. Still good treats and service. No seats.

  I have been going to this DQ for over 30 years and they have been consistently a 5 star quality spot. This past weekend I got a ice-cream cake to celebrate a birthday and was very disappointed. I know this location has recently changed from its long time owners and hope the quality didn't leave with them. When you are spending $40 on a cake to celebrate a birthday you would expect to have that classic chocolate and vanilla cake that is split by that delicious fudgey cookie center that families have enjoyed for decades.
