The sizing was wrong and whoever’s decorating the cakes now does absolute garbage of a job. Definitely not ordering from there anymore. They should’ve never gotten rid of the original white lady who decorated the cakes. That old lady knew what she was doing. Unfortunately it’s gone downhill.

- NKNicole KalmarJul 24, 20262.0I used to really enjoy this as our local Dairy Queen location, but my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. While we were ordering, my young toddler had a sudden bathroom emergency. This is very out of character for her, and I politely explained the situation and asked if she could please use the washroom. I completely understand that this location doesn’t have customer seating and therefore isn’t required to provide a public washroom. What upset me wasn’t the policy….it was the way it was handled. The staff were rude, scolded both my daughter and me in front of other customers, and made an already stressful situation even more embarrassing for her. Although they eventually allowed her to use the washroom, they told her that next time she should go to the gas station down the road. A little compassion would have gone a long way. If there were concerns about allowing access, they could have simply explained the policy respectfully. Instead, a young child was made to feel ashamed over something she couldn’t control. Unfortunately, the poor customer service left a lasting impression.
