  Very disappointing experience with this McDonald’s. My orders are constantly late, and the food quality is usually poor. The fries often taste old and are never fresh. I also ordered hotcakes and somehow received them cold and undercooked. How do you serve cold, uncooked hotcakes? That honestly makes no sense. For the amount customers are paying now, the food should at least be fresh, properly cooked, and delivered on time. This location really needs to improve its quality control and service.

  Every part of this meal was TERRIBLE. First off, they forgot half of our meal, the entire 10 price was missing plus the wrong drink was served. The employee gave us a hard time and acted like it was a big deal to get us our order. Then they forgot the other persons drink. Lastly they gave me a raw grilled cheese- when I confronted an employee he looked shocked and made me a new one, the cheese was a mess in the bag and the bread wasn’t even toasted, basically microwaved nd soggy. I’d suggest just not eating at this terrible place

  I ordered via the McDonald’s app. They got my drink wrong (asked for a Diet Coke, and got a root beer, and I paid to make it a large, so I lost out on more money). I asked for no mustard on my burger, so they decided to smear ketchup and mayo all over it, rendering it inedible. Quite the disappointment.

  I’ve visited here twice, and both times I was extremely disappointed. I ordered 10 nuggets, and because it was late I asked for them to be made fresh at the window. The person at the window didn’t seem to care in the slightest, she relayed the information to nobody. And when I arrived home to eat, the nuggets tasted like leftovers from the night before. Since this is a new location I expected the customer service to be at least slightly above average, but I was very very very wrong. The customer service is terrible, the employees don’t care about your order, I would not recommended anybody come to this location. Staff doesn’t care about serving you quality food. Very dissatisfied

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's. I visited this location on August 4th around 2:30 a.m. after returning to Canada from overseas and just wanted a decent meal. When I placed my order, the first thing I asked for was fresh fries. I then waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru window and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. When I commented on the long wait, the female employee's explanation was that I had ordered "too much food." My order was a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, a large fries, a 6-piece Chicken McNuggets, and a cheeseburger. That's a pretty standard order for 2 people, so that response was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the fries I specifically asked to be made fresh were cold and soggy. I had to wait again while they remade them. The biggest issue, however, was when I got home and bit into my Double Quarter Pounder. The beef was raw pink in the middle. I've eaten at McDonald's for years and have never been served an undercooked burger. This restaurant has only been open a few months, and serving undercooked beef is a serious food safety concern. Long wait times and poor customer service are one thing, but serving raw beef is unacceptable. I'll be reporting this to Peel Public Health in a couple days unless this matter is addressed. A new restaurant should be setting high standards, not cutting corners. This location needs to do much better.
